Why are the 22mm rubber bands such a hit?
Switching to a rubber band myself, it’s very good for sure. It’s extremely comfortable and highly durable. You won’t find leather straps outperforming rubber when it comes to withstanding the elements and daily use.
How do I figure out what size 22mm band I need for my watch?
Measuring for a 22mm band is quite simple. First of all, you’ll need a tape measure.
Take the tape measure and wrap it around your band at the buckle location, tight enough to fit comfortably but not too tight. The millimeter measurement will tell you which size to choose. I’ve struggled with this before, but if you take your time and measure accurately, you’ll get it right on your first attempt.
Can I make my own special 22mm band?
You bet! Customize your watch band to make it totally individual. You can select from loads of options, and maybe even get your name on it.
I got mine designed to match my face on the watch, and it looks awesome. It’s just a minor change that really changes how your watch looks.
Do all watches work with the 22mm rubber straps?
Most 22mm bands are pretty compatible, but they might not fit every watch. Always measure watch strap size before you buy.
I know because I messed it up and ended up buying one too big. Always check the compatibility to avoid disappointment.
How do I keep my 22mm rubber band in good shape?
Caring for of this 22mm strap is super easy. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and some mild soap.
Don’t use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can hurt the band. I’ve found just regularly wiping it down keeps my band staying in excellent condition and keeps it maintaining comfort.
